Portion size * Fiber * Water * Label Reading * Dining Out
* Prevention of Heart Disease, Diabetes, & Cancer
* Healthy food substitutions * Grocery shopping
* Physical activity * Weight control / loss
*Emotional Eating packet provided for homework
*Weekly Food Diaries provide the BEST SUCCESS RATE!!!
Measurements Include:
Body Fat % testing and six body measurements
